Life happens! I simply ask for as much notice and communication as possible.
Appointments may be rescheduled anytime before the 48 hour notice period. Cancellations made past the 48 hour mark are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows without communication will be charged 50% of the reserved service and may not be eligible to book future appointments.
